Your RTG Server comes with Next Business Day Warranty as standard.

  • This service is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, with the exception of local holidays.
  • Calls placed before 5pm local time will receive support the next business day, if required.
  • In the case of calls placed after 5pm local time, support may take an additional business day, if required.

To log a ticket you can email us. You will receive an acknowledgement of your ticket within 4 hours detailing the next steps dependant on the issue with your server. For more details about your warranty please refer to the warranty document that was supplied with your server. If you require a new copy download here.
